Shipments and returns

Your digital product

Digital products are available for download immediately after your payment has cleared.  Generally speaking, we allow 3 days after your purchase for you to download your item.  In some instances (particularly with niche sites that are larger file sizes) this is extended up to a week, and as long as two weeks. 

 

There are no refunds issued on digital download products.  If you have an issue with your download, please contact us through the "Contact Us" link on the site.  If you are having difficulty installing the site on your own, we also offer installation service at a very reasonable rate.
